    The good thingsI been very fortunate to be given more opportunities to learn useful skills during my time in Advance Credit Corporation. As Roving Accounting Officer or Office Supervisor is a challenge for me but they give me chance to enhance my leadership skills.

    I have experienced being a leader for i am in-charge of my co-employees when our manager is not around
    The good thingsWhen i am still a posting clerk i enjoyed and experienced such had work that make me more flexible and explore more about my work . I also enjoyed the company of my co-workers for they already treat me as their family for they taking care of me and guide me when i am in trouble with my work.
    The challengesWhen I was assigned in different places and my co-employees gave me such a hard time . They don't listen to what i am saying that until now I can't still get my TOR because of the official receipt that my co-workers did't give to me.

    Thank to Advance, I have learned a lot. Being a posting clerk id not that easy but then I've learned to love and enjoy it. New learning and experiences.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the work environment especially the people I have met and encountered. There was a lot of pressure being a posting clerk especially during weekly and monthly report but I told to myself that I can do it and giving up is not in my vocabulary. As time goes by I learned to enjoy and love it. Just smile and be happy with what you are doing and work for the best and God will do the rest.
    The challengesPressure and Stressed.There was a lot of pressure. At first, it was very hard for me but I've learned to dance with it.Without this challenges and pressure you can never learned and improved. Just smile and be happy with what you are doing.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of the people around me. they are very easy to talk to and fun to be with. regarding my job, it's great but I think it'll be greater if the company has system on little things. but therefore you can learn how to do multitasking.
