A good company for starters but definitely not for growth-oriented and head/s of the family.
The good thingsThe people you'll be working with are nice and friendly. The pressure are manageable and the working policies are flexible.
The challengesThe salaries are low even for singles and starters alike; not really a good place for growth and the management are only looking for the welfare of themselves and the owners and not for the working people. The management is too stingy that a unit's operations and development is stunted.

The challengesThe only problem I see is some of the employee mainly the accounting personnel do not jive well with the ISO system they are implementing. Accounting management is the only concern.

    Fair Employer
The good thingsFriendly colleagues and human resource is fair. Although there are some politics, as with any other companies, I did not have a difficulty working with everyone from rank and file up to fhe board of directors.
The challengesGetting your monthly goals is challenging. You need to always have a sense of urgency and raise your level of creativity in order to cope up with the tasks given to you. Beware of the \"little eyes\" roaming around that are always looking for even your slightest fault.
