    There is no growth/career developement
    The good thingsWork-life-balance is good
The challengesI've work here for 4 years, I only had 1 chance to get "salary increase". They said employees can get incentives but it is really difficult to get an increase. Like seriously difficult.. like near to impossible.

    It's a good company
The good thingsI work as a Support Application Support. Our team lead, teaches me very well and also my team, guides me whenever I need help with my task. It's just sad because I have to leave because of something urgent.
The challengesThere's not much, maybe when there are lots of tickets that you have to finish for the day.

Fun but not that much of a good pay.
The good things- casual attire - play games - nice environment - i can listen to music while working
The challenges- benefits are very comparable to others - it's not about the company, but the clients we support. Too many issues regarding the projects they've tasked us to handle, popping up one after another, but they are having a hard time fixing it.

    So-so pay, but fun people
The good thingsYou get to meet a lot of nice people Great professional growth opportunity It was more lax on attendance than other BPO companies The atmosphere was generally friendly, and it helped a lot since the work was very stressful
The challengesSome of bosses were childish Pay was low in relation to the heavy workload The income raise after being a regular employee was small Small office for a BPO -- there weren't enough stations for everyone The company did not invest in training -- the English training lasted only a week and there was no product training to speak of
