    The good thingsI love the brand. It is relevant and has a rich heritage.
    The challengesLocal & regional Mngt does not seem to have genuine concern for its employees' welfare. To cite instances The benefits and compensation which was promised to me in writing prior to transfer to adidas was delayed by a year. I enjoyed the approved benefit for a few months only to be taken back again along with other benefits such as allowances on telco, transpo (in lieu of absence of car plan)
