    Not Stable
The good thingsThe people are nice, there is also no need for a uniform. In general, it's not a strict office. You also get employee discount on brand products.
The challengesSalary is always late. The pay is low and your government benefits are not credited, despite the payroll explicity saying there has been deduction made for it. I have no idea how they've managed to avoid DOLE for the past few years. The office is also infested with roaches due to garbage disposal problems.

Good for background experience of fresh graduates
The good thingsGood mentorship from our store supervisor. Strict managers but accommodates new employees' queries.
The challengesLow salary. Tiring because of work load. Difficult when it comes to negotiating employee rights. Our store branch closed due to low monitoring from main office.

Good training ground for new designers
The good thingsThey gave me a chance to start my career in design, as I was fresh out of design school. I had the best, kindest and most helpful co-workers. I was well guided by my manager--from keeping records to dealing with suppliers. We had a happy working environment.
The challengesThere was not much room for career growth. Even if I was doing well, there was nowhere to branch out to. Also, my salary wasn't much to be satisfied about. Worse, annual salary increases range from 500-1000 pesos only. It wasn't very motivating. It was also a challenge to commute to and from the office since I am from the south.
