    Comfortable environment
    The good thingsThey treat each member of the company as family. There would be problems sometimes but of course management - employee respect remains.
    The challengesA certain department was really difficult to work with especially their head. He’s good but lacks respect for other people.

    The good thingsGood immediate supervisor, but department head was so selfish and does not value family time. You will learn a lot on your field as an engineer.
    The challengesNo overtime pay Leave wont get approved if its for 2 days or more Long working hours per day Low compensation, high workload ratio No food allowance as stated when applying
