    The good thingsYou get to meet students who are very much willing to learn.
    The challengesThere is a tendency to be overworked because of the class size. The class sizes are very large making it difficult to manage and focus on the learning of the students. The number of subjects/sections to be handled for fulltime are many making preparations difficult.

    The good thingsEveryone is approachable, even those in higher positions. Benefits are great when regularized. There are also programs that helps you improve as a person.
    The challengesDifficult part is every final period. Students are always cramming but it is bearable.

    Being a working student teaches me to balance my time, overall decisions and level of priorities.
    The good thingsThe University has a positive environment. Beside from learning academically, I learned a core values which are competence, charity, and character that will prepare me once I start my full time job outside.
    The challengesI worked 25 hours a week to maintain my scholarship grant. During my senior years, I am challenged to balance my time with respect to study and work but I overcome it and gladly I did not fail any subject during my college days.

    It's been very helpful.
    The good thingsIt's because I have learned things that would help me in my future career in my chosen field. Also, I have met a lot of people that made me see how would my career life be in the future. We've been trained to know how to handle people with different needs and to have more patience with handling customer problems.
    The challengesThe challenge in this is that you should know how to handle different people everyday. From students, parents, alumni and foreigners. Each have different personalities that could really test your patience and communication skills.

    The good thingsI was trained to talk with different admistrators, deans, chairperson, principal, directors, vp's, etc. it's hard to talk to somebody who is much higher than your position especially if its about policy implementation.
    The challengesThey have to give what is due to employee! I worked here for the budget director position for almost 3 years and also as budget staff but my salary was not adjusted ! Do you think it's fair ! And they said its because of the k-12 effect the company needs to save....
