The challengesThe company can improve more on the benefits of employees. Acuherb is not giving the best, but its not also the worst. Acuherb is giving the average in the industry. But i suggest to have more benefits such as health card for employees and their dependents, a good retirement plan for employees with a minimum service of 10 years in the company and scholarship program for employees children.
