    It was great working for company where the owners care as much for their employees as much as for the success of the business.
    The good thingsUnique and competitive salaries and benefits including overseas trip for business planning every year and broadminded approach to management resulting in excellent business results and employee satisfaction.
    The challengesThere is always the limitation when you are a small company as in career path and diversity but this more than made up by the generous and caring attitude by the owners and top management.
