    The good thingsMost co workers are nice. We are working our best at minimum supervision and most of us have great initiatives to deliver project at it's best.
    The challengesFailure in hiring personnel/professionals. We are currently experiencing too much load work and work pressure.

    The good thingsSalary and team works.very important to know that this company is going bigger and bigger. And also no problem in salary given on time. Employees must ne very flexible and dedicated to work all time.
    The challengesSometimes in my department there are delays due to actual scenarios. Also when there are time being escalated just like the haulings of equipments to our new warehouse due to adfitional rent fee. So it make a lot of stress buy then again i must be flexible enough due to it is part of my work.

    my work and social life is balanced
    The good thingsworking environment is way better than I expected. Site works is too hard but because of proper coodination to other support group, it will help me to finished all my task as what my work scheduled plan is about.
    The challengesIt is usual on some company that we've experience struggles and problems. like delayed project completion based on projected schedules, delayed deliveries of material because of some funding issues. However, small and big problems has its own good solution, and that problem will be solve thru proper coordination and support
