    Good side opportunity!
The good thingsThis allowed me to get basic teaching experience and learn more about subjects I find interesting. I was assigned geology and it was quite a vicarious experience to dive deep into the subject and impart that knowledge to the class.
The challengesSome students in the other branch were quite difficult to deal with, and teaching classes straight for an entire day can be tiring. But I don't regret trying out this opportunity.

    A great place to work.
The good thingsThey treat you like a person, not an employee, and that's reflected in how management approaches and cares for its employees. The CEO and the President truly care about each individual, welcome creativity, and lead by example. The managers are always willing to help and will take their time helping you if needed. They also encourage regular communication, listening to and considering new ideas, and continually encourage growth, both personally and professionally.
The challengesIt's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.

Tries to treat everyone as family. But a lot of clutter in the management.
The good things*They're like "family". *Activities supposedly intended for employees work-life balance. *Sometimes there would be free food.
The challenges*There's too much monitoring of employees. *Inefficient communication in the management and admin. *No clear job description and indicators for employee's performance assessment. *6-day work week *Low salary and benefits package. *Sometimes there's too much activities.

People are the most important asset of the company.
The good thingsEmployees are taken care of not just as employees but as a family, especially this time of pandemic. Leaders of the company are highly visionary and highly practical. Lots of foods and treats. Regular meditation. Webinars, seminars, workshops for personal development.
The challengesChallenge of working with new teaching staff members since most teachers would still prefer working in public/ private schools.

This company gave me the opportunity to hone my skills and talents.
The good thingsACTS gave me the opportunity and the resources to be able to develop and enhance my HR skills. They are nurturing and very accommodating. Lastly, they really value and respect their employees' ideas and opinions.
The challengesOne challenge would be the work schedule which requires me to work 6 days a week, but aside from that I don't see any other challenges from this company.
