    The challengesAfter the application process, submission of requirements & medical my start date was pushed for almost a month. Next thing I know they're offering me a completely different job schedule which only consists of a half day duty after all the hassle.

    How is it working as reliever doctor under activeone
    The good thingsthis health card account has several company under its belt, which offers several reliever and regular posts for company physician. they have reference person to contact in case of schedule mix-up or compensation inquiries. Compensation inquiries are promptly answered via email. Salary is relatively average compared with other healthcard account.
    The challengescompensation did not improve through the years for reliever posts. Hourly rate is relatively low, in my opinion, with no night differential and parking fee allowance for doctors. on several occasions, multiple booking of one company post to different doctors could happen. Contact person number is always available once post is confirmed however, do not expect to be assisted on the same day. Fortunately, some of the company nurse know how to handle such situations and both doctors would be compensated on the scheduled payout.

    The good thingsYou can be assigned to a company near to your home. I was able to have my requested duty schedule and rest day.
    The challengesSometimes Extended duty hours if no reliever was provided. But currently they are doing their best to hire relievers to prevent this matter.
