It's a challenging job that made me competitive and stronger.The good thingsgood things working here is, we work as a team. No biases and favoritism. we work as one. We keep on fighting to do our job well and inspired by our co-employee. i am also thankful for the experienced of a field work. It made me stronger and more dedicated working and and the challenges in hardship being a sales agent made me grow.
The challengesits just the quota for the month pressures me, not because i cant reach the quota but, because the area given to me was already saturated of our product. and its a challenge for me to still get the said quota. but still doing my job to reach the quota even the area was already saturated by our product.
