    Supportive Culture and Work-Life Balance.
    The good thingsMost of the people working here is very approachable and very supportive with each other making the collaboration smooth. The Company also offers a hybrid setup which gives us the opportunity to Work from home once a week.
    The challengesMost of the challenges I've encountered were only minimal and have been addressed already.

    The challenges❌ Poor post-resignation support ❌ Final pay is delayed with no updates or communication ❌ Compensation and benefits fall short of expectations

    I haven't worked here but got hired then been turned down.
    The good thingsNone - Paasa mode lang sila. It's good here and blah blah blah but apparently with what I have experience in the hiring process? Man, I run thru initial to discussed my asking salary and in the end they'll offer you way below and it's not even negotiable or they just no how and imagine it's for management role and in short WASTE OF TIME. So how much more working with them?
    The challengesNot sure yet but with how they handle my application. I'd it's much worse.

    Good in terms of training to all beginner's , Can manage the customer's complain and get the customer expectation to resolved the issue.
    The good thingsI am happy with this job because of those with me. They are happy to be with me and when I have a problem that I can't solve, they are there to teach me what to do.
    The challengesThe Challenges for me here is when I'm on my way to office it hard for me to ride vehicle because of safety protocol sometimes I am late.

    Not really recommend , promise.
    The good thingsNone, because you will gona work on a 3rd party company there like hiring agency and work for a sister company, 6 days work, 9 hrs per day, 1 day rest day and its not always sunday, no shuttle service and minimum wage. I would not recommend it. I promise.
    The challengesTRAINING, you gonna do alot of training for 1 month then your pay would be half of it even tho its 1 month.

    The Training is more than what you expected and you get to work with different people
    The good thingsEvery year there is team building event that helps to get to know your co-workers from different departments and other projects and depending to the job you either work with different people or within a team the salary is about right if you just started and the training is beyond what you expected.
    The challengesThe challenges is that you get to learn a lot and training is beyond what you expected it will helps you build not just your career but also your enhance your knowledge and skills and you get to learn different things, most of all you get to work different people whether if it's partners of the company or part of the team

    The challengesIt's not easy to file leave. Each site should have a reliever so it will not be a hassle in case of emergency or vacation leave. An example of the situation is you filed 2 weeks before your vacation leave and they will only tell you that it is disapproved when the it is already near.
