a lot of opportunities especially for average ones
The good thingsDespite being a start-up, the management is pro-employee. They organize activities that will boost one's potential. They also give opportunity to learn and grow through projects that will enable each one to exhibit their skills. There are also trainings to keep them updated with the current technologies which also an essential for their roles.
The challengesBeing on a start-up means a lot of expectations. The management expected each and everyone to be productive. Some folks tend to work beyond office hours to meet their committed deliverables. Despite the training provided, each one should keep up their pace as they need to manage their workloads while learning at the same time.

You Can Definitely Manage Your Career Here
The good things- The management always encourages you to tell them what opportunity or project you want to be involved. Exposure to opportunities is up to you. - Management is not perfect (but who is ever, right?) but what I appreciate the most is that you can just casually approach them for anything. They are approachable and very responsive. If you need training, let them know and they will make a way. If you have challenges, they will get back to you with a solution or decision, if not right away, by the following week. - The company invests in its people. - The culture is casual and fun.
The challengesBeing a startup, there will be times when you will have to handle a lot of projects at the same time. That is a given for a company that's just starting to grow in numbers, I think. I cannot attribute this as a fault of the company though. It is what it is. Besides, it's all about perspective. A challenge can also be viewed as an opportunity to be better.

Worst Company to Ever Work For
The good thingsAble to work remotely
The challengesBeing a startup, there's no stable system in place. Salary only comes once a month. Management was awful. Quite stressful place to work in. No work-life balance. It was just terrible.
