    Growing Professionally at ACS
The good thingsThe experiences here are great. You'll learn a lot from your seniors. Everyone is approachable and dependable. As an SDE in ACS there was never a dull moment, there is always something to do, something to learn about, there always are interesting things going on. The fact that SDE’s are the front liners on the company makes our roles more fun and exciting. We can interact with clients, experience resolving issues firsthand on site, client concerns, and technical clarifications. By doing so, we are able to learn more about the operations, we are able to grow technically as DEs.
The challengesThere are challenges like tasks here in this company but not in a bad way. The challenges in this company lets you grow in your profession and lets you learn new things.

    Good enough
The good thingsThey were fairly considerate on leaves, especially compensation leaves from overtime work. They come up with many social events to help build community teamwork, trust, and camaraderie.
The challengesThey should come up with better QA system. Sometimes hardware and software components get to the field with some major bugs.
