    The good thingsThey provide yearly salary increase, good co-workmates, they provide discounts on their products, management gives cash gifts aside from Christmas bonus and gives free products yearly.
    The challengesThey do not have any other benefits, health cards are issued only to those employees who have 5 years of working with them, no contract signed upon being hired, very poor management, poor distribution of work and responsibilities, no professionalism.

    The good thingsmy employer care for us and they treat us a part of their family they have a heart for the Filipino people they choose to put up their plant here to help many of Filipino people to get job rather to put their plant outside our country to save money because we know that labor in some country in Asia is cheaper than here.
    The challengeswhen il start to work here my area is had low sales data and that's the challenge for me to improved and increase the business in my area and now my area had a good sales and i meet the monthly forecast set by office.
