There is no perfect company. If you can find a better job, go on!
The good thingsChristmas Party, Summer outing and other events, I would say are the BEST perks that they have given to their employees, if there's any. Those are my favorites and are great. I would come back here for that. And of course I'm so grateful to had experienced and learned a lot in the field of Architecture.
The challengesSalary, resource material and equipment. Avoid overwork and multiple assignment and multi-tasking.

Does not care about their employees
The good thingsAverage salary at the very least.
The challengesNo concrete plans during the pandemic. They just let their employees become stagnant during the pandemic but did not allowed them to resign.

    Handled multiple projects per day.
The good thingsThis company has given me opportunity to be exposed in governmental projects and also school building projects such as FEU and UP Diliman.
The challengesDue to lack of manpower, I was ordered to occupy multiple disciplines (with corresponding liabilities bound upon me) such as electrical, architectural and structural which has helped me shaped my career now.

Design experience is good but the management sucks! Been there! You've been warned!
The good thingsColleagues were good and approachable
The challengesEven if you are right, when the COO tells you that you are wrong, you are wrong. And when that happens, you'll be sacrificed to survey, as built. What the heck!

Poor Quality in People Management and Company Standards
The good thingsNo Biometrics. Submission of DTR only.
The challengesVariying SOP and poor implementation of existing standards despite being ISO Accredited. Poor support to employees, even office supplies are scarce and hard to acquire. Most of the project team is a one-man team hence salary compensation is inadequate. Poor coordination between departments (operations, design group and site implementation group). No foreseeable growth in the company due to internal company politics and lack of proper and objective performance evaluation. Benefits only consists of government mandated benefits. HMO card is only given to a few selected employees.

You'll look so bad to your Clients because company does not provide resources
The good thingsGood team to work with. Most of the employees are friendly and hardworking.
The challengesIf you are in a managerial level, you'll have difficulty managing 5 or more projects at time. With so little resources, you'll end up having a bad record to your clients. Overtime work is a norm here.

    Wonderful experience!
The good thingsWe were given many breaks. Salary was rather high for internship. We were allotted time by our superiors for assistance.
The challengesSalaries were given in cash, with no choice to have them given by bank deposit. We were often left alone, with no superior managing us.

    Working Experience in this Company
The good thingsThe experience of working as a family due to small number of employees. The actual experience of working as a Structural Engineer and good supervision and assistance to other co-workers as well. A lot of trainings being provided for employees.
The challengesBetter salary for engineers and number of computers and laptop for each employees to meet the deadline without experiencing so much overtime that already affects the health and work capacity of each employees.
