You don't need a Finance, Accouting Degree or even a college degree to be a cashier at Iconic.
The good thingsI've yet to be hired there. We'll find out if they accept cashiers with only a high school diploma.
The challengesPlease, Iconic Dealership Inc. Be realistic in you qualifications to be a cashier there. You really don't need a Finance, Accounting Degree or even a college degree to be a cashier at Iconic. Or even everywhere. Please don't add to the misery of the people by having a high qualifications on such an easy job. You are better than this!

It will work for you if you are a people pleaser
The good thingsMy boss is nice. Sales Executives have pretty much more relax time as long as they meet the desired numbers. During covid, employees are not left in the dark.
The challengesThe people tend not to be helpful on new employees. Theres barely people who will reach out to you and ask if you need help or at least find out how you're doing considering you are new. I felt like an outcast most of the time which I never felt before on my previous companies. There are often complaints, most of the time because of the previous employees that you will need to deal with. Some agency based employees complain of 6 days work week and not being a regular despite being with the company for years. Salary barely enough to make ends meet.

A Very Fortunate Experience That's Almost Impossible
The good thingsYou enjoy the company of good people that care about you and that in to what you'r into and that is cars.
The challengesCustomers can be hard to comprehend or sometimes overreacting which does not help the situation. You will find that there are some people in the company where you will have to but heads with when conflicts arise.

    Toxic
The good thingsI enjoyed the benefits no doubt. I enjoyed the experience since it was my first car sales experience. Taught me a lot which Im always thankful for.
The challengesThe commission compared to other car dealers is not very competitive. The working environment is toxic as well as the management.

The good thingsThis is with their Pasig branch. The people there have family-like culture which makes the working environment light.
The challengesAs I have observed, the work can get repetitive and it is not the right place for career development. Interns dont get to receive compensation unless their program is Engineering.

    Fun workplace
The good things- Co-associates are fun to work with - Management allows us to use demo cars for field works - Lots of benefits - A lot of meaningful seminars - Helpful associates
The challenges- Quotas and market declining - Some managers are not that knowledgeable - Lack of appreciation - Office needs tables and chairs replacement - Office too many bugs, need fumigation - Area displays too far from branch location - Lost sales, management cant match the offer of competing branch

    Worth it
The good thingsThe employees are good and approachable. They will surely teach you about the certain department you are involved in. Also, the officers, supervisors, and managers are nice and understanding.

    Awesome!
The good thingsAs customer relations, you get to improve your interpersonal skill which will be useful in your future career. Also, a great company to start your career. Gives you personal growth in terms of being a professional and getting along w/ your co-associates.
The challengesJust the pressure (which is good) and complains that we handle, but it can't be helped in this industry. Some challenges may come to test you in your career.

Good place to start a career
The good thingsYou are trained to be a jack-of-all-trades. They would assign projects that will require you to provide enhancements to the company's system, conduct meeting with in-house clients to know the requirements for the enhancements and, even if you are an in-house IT department, you will get a glimpse on how IT functions within a company.
The challengesThe company is not an IT company and may focus more on there dealership aspect. This means that the budget of IT may not be that high.
