This place is far from being a good training ground. Leadership, particularly the QA supervisor, seems more focused on dragging others down than lifting anyone up. It’s a masterclass in how not to inspire or lead. It's not even worth one star.
The good thingsThe salary is the only redeeming factor about this company—everything else is a lesson in survival.
The challenges Excellence is not just stifled in this institution; it's systematically suffocated by a culture that seems committed to mediocrity and dysfunction. Proceed at your own peril.
