    Good colleagues, but the management in Head Office is horrible.
    The good thingsOn a branch level, my colleagues were good.
    The challengesCentralized management, especially with the higher ups in both Acad and Non-Acad tend to be power-tripping.

    The staff, from the reception up to the management is very accommodating and friendly.
    The good thingsI feel a sense of family working for AMA, even when I go for some field works, branch staffs are very accommodating and helpful.
    The challengesI think it is normal to have challenges in any company and work. It is the same here. Although, it is being compensated by having such wonderful co-workers.

    The good thingsThe leadership team is approachable and values open communication. The work environment is vibrant, and there are regular team-building activities that promote camaraderie among colleagues
    The challengesChallenges in having a good connection at first, but it is good that the employees are becoming more collaborative with each other over time.

    The good thingsWhen I was a student in the company, I really feel that all my teachers have supported and helped me become a better student and individual. Now I am working in the corporate world and with my alma mater, I am proud to say that I still feel the support I once received when I was a student.
    The challengesTravel and travel time especially when it is raining, but manageable.
