The company has a nice environment overall. It maybe difficult to get into this company but the experience is worth it.
The challengesEveryone is good at what they do so you automatically have to step up your game. Coming up with ideas is the number one challenge. The overtime work is unavoidable, but the team leaders look out for you so there isn't much problems with that.
