    Management does not care about the employees specially the Store Manager there.
    The good thingsCo workers was so friendly despite that the management does not care about their employees, it was not affected by co workers and still showed some respect to each other.
    The challengesThe Store Manager Joselito Dayrit does not doing anything. No engagement for the employees. Picky to staffs. He will look to you like you are always stupid. No respect and whenever you are asking what is the plan for the store. He will not share it to you. He will watch and wait until you go down.
