    The good thingsWHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE JOB IS THAT YOU GET TO SEE FIRST-HAND THE VIDEOS PRODUCED OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES AND GET TO TRANSCRIBE IT, YOUR LISTENING SKILLS IS HONED THROUGH INTENSIVE TRAINING ESPECIALLY WHEN TRANSCRIBING INSURANCE FILES, AND ABD FILES. OVERALL, IT'S A NICE JOB TO START WITH ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE AN INTROVERT.
    The challengesWHAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THE COMPANY IS THE WORKLOAD PER STAFF AND ALSO THE SALARY, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE STILL A PROBATIONARY.

    The challengesChallenges, hmm no room for improvement. The management doesn't consider its employees as family. Long overtime but with good compensation.

    The good thingsI liked most of the people working there. My supervisor was very kind, and she was willing to listen to me and my problems.
    The challengesThe pay isn't good, and the incentives aren't worth the effort to be honest. I'm not surprised a significant amount of people leave all the time.
