    Horrible experience in this company. The pay is so low and the management don't know their jobs.
    The good thingsThe hiring is so easy and quick. I figured out it's because agents kept resigning.
    The challengesSalary is below the standard rate for people in this industry. The managers are cliques who pick favorites and ignore the rest.
