Commuting poses a bit of a hurdle due to limited transportation options, with tricycles being the primary local mode; however, the company helps ease this by providing service shuttles for employees.

    The good thingsHas a benefits that an employees really loved. Also, what I really loved in this company is they have consideration and care for their employees especially now that we have a pandemic. They allow WFH set-up and they give shuttle services. The salary is never delayed and still continuously given the situation now. The company has a strong relationship with its employees. It feels great to find a company who cares and listens. The best thing is its opportunities for self and career development.

    Work from Home = Working Smart, Working Safe
    The good thingsSince the start of the pandemic, AMTI has adapted to the WFH setup. In this way, employees can work safely in their own homes, without the risk of being exposed to the virus. There is a continuous salary at the start of the ECQ. We even had the virtual Mooncake Festival Dice Game and the ML Tournament, just so we can release the stress from work. The WFH is very ideal for the employees, knowing that AMTI is one of the leading ICT companies in the Philippines.
    The challengesSome challenges are the many clients of AMTI. The numbers are very hard to handle, especially those that have urgent requests. The pressure from the higher-ups is also hard. But there is nothing that AMTI cannot do in handling these challenges.

    The good thingsEasy to work with the people here. Most employees are friendly and accommodating, from rank and file employees to upper management. You can see a lot of tenured employees w/c means they're happy and comfortable working at AMTI. And most of these employees (if not all) had their career growth in the company. Actually, the company/management makes sure to provide career growth to loyal & deserving employees.

    AMTI takes good care of its employees
    The good thingsOne of the best things about AMTI is how it makes its employees feel valuable and appreciated. For instance, I have encountered colleagues wanting to explore other fields but are being offered by horizontal or vertical promotions by the management because the latter feels like they are assets to the company. Further, my colleagues at AMTI are the most understanding and most patient colleagues I have ever work with. This highly contributes to the overall satisfaction I get from my job.
    The challengesThe management could perhaps try to improve the benefits being offered to its employees (e.g., leaves could be made available upon regularization instead of after one year of service).

    The good thingsAble to learn how to work as a team and develop interpersonal skills with other people. Also managed to learn different technology when it comes to IT hardware and software.
    The challengesI think more trainings should be given to employees as we all know that IT is a fast paced environment. Also team building should be organize in order to have a great teamwork with each other
