    The good thingsThe CEO is very kind and generous and can be easily approached. The company will provide you all the things you need to learn, grow and enhanced from documentation, field works and even management opportunities.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge for me was when there was a period that you need to meet the commitment dates and I personally wanted to establish the reputation of the company including my own reputation to accomplish the or sets of activities.

    From 2004 to present building Electrician and contractor, installed telephone, intercom, building wirings, cctv,, building wirings, maintain tthe good condition of AC equipments , such as Generator and others.

    A have a great experinced with this company.
    The good thingsFirst of all respect with our boss, ARC, the father of Actech which i could tell a great leader of the company in his 80 years of age and counting. I will definitely missed friends i made with this company. Also the bonuses given by the company with the same exact amount as your monthly salary not to mention how many we have all year round. We also have this corporate share given from time to time whenever there is a project gained profit.
    The challengesI have enjoyed working with this company no questioned about that. Maybe with other trade and general contructor we worked with. I was stressed out complying with other companies to the point i felt im working for them and not with my own company. My hours were wasted dealing with them and their bs compliances. Though i have an option to transfer to other project, i did not because for me it isnt professional. And i felt i failed this time so i decided to resigned.
