If you value work-life balance, don't work here
The good thingsthey have Good benefits
The challengesWorkload, they will make it look like it's great to work here but in reality the culture is not great. People are overworked, you will handle two roles. They're left behind. They will make it appear like they're advanced but really, no systems in place.

Amazing compensation for Managers and up
The good thingsContinuous learning. Training and seminars are encouraged and budgeted. Opportunity to travel from corporate headquarters to sites in the provinces.
The challengesThe company executives (COO/VPs/AVPs) are micromanaging the rank and file, bypassing their managers.

The good thingsThe best part about fast-paced company is that the learning is also fast paced. My manager is passionate about the job and is willing to hear my opinions and suggestions about the work. Employees are equipped with tools and equipment to get the job done. They have a caf inside the building that cooks better food than fast-food chains. I see the value of my work and that alone is a fulfillment. My work gets to engage with several people as well.
The challengesThey don't give out benefits to project and non-regular employees yet even at a managerial position. Pay is at par with other companies.

You can learn a lot in this company especially safety concerns.
The good thingsI enjoyed working with helpful and guiding individuals in this company. They teach you new things not only inside the workplace but also outside of the community.
The challengesI think the only challenge working in this company is to comply with safety precautions before and after any work done inside the plant.

A great challenging career when working on one of their owned Power Plants
The good thingsGenerous company which has a terrific rewards system plus performance bonuses all throughout the year. The company also invests on the employee's training and development. Working in a power plant means great hands-on application of engineering principles learned from college!
The challengesChallenge is the power plant is far from the capital city and I myself relocated but it's one of the best choices I have done in my career!

The good thingsI enjoy because it's my passion. I love in maintaining engine and machine. As a mechanical engineer i believed that it is important to know and understand the concepts and principles of a certain machinery and that is the thing i continously learn in my present job
The challengesThe challenge in working in this company is that we have to make sure that all engine and auxiliaries are well prepared. It is ready to operate at any time and we have to assure the proper operation accordingly to the work instruction

    Adaptive work environment
The good thingsI was able to learn technical skills well since the people are approachable enough to ask questions. The workmates encouraged to be proactive in their company events. They are very open to recommendations when we did a study and they actually applied on of them.
The challengesThey were a bit too busy dealing with work that we were sometimes stranded with no tasks for the day. We were not oriented with our Job Descriptions that we were initially doing clerical work.
