Good organization, solid projects, nice office, good environment to work.
The challengessometimes the boss can be a bit strict and clients can be demanding but we can request other teammates to assist. work can be difficult because of this pero ok naman.

The good thingsYoung and good projects, various foreign clients, good salary and benefits. Relaxed environment but you need to be a grown up.
The challengesSmaller meant being involved in different aspects of other teams which is good and bad. The owner is also very involved. Training is on the job.
