    Supportive Management and a great working environment
    The good thingsSalary is good and work hours can be flexible if requested. Management and Leaders are supportive and truly cares for the welfare of the employees. Work life balance is one of the best I have experienced.
    The challengesStill growing and maturing in terms of processes. Not all policies should and would apply to all teams and departments but are still being pushed.

    The challenges- PH management does not represent employees well to UK management and counterparts. - no technical / management growth - heavily relies on objects coming from counterparts - no promotions, no technical baselines - hardly see or hear anything from HR

    The best place to work
    The good thingsAlere Inc. is a global diagnostic device and service provider. The company was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. They had established outsourcing here taguig just a year ago, and from there i have experienced the treatment and benefits in a whole as outstanding
    The challengesFor me so far? I couldnt think of such to be a challenges against the company aside from we have the power and way to communicate with our vendor and receive a weekly, monthly and quarterly incentives. Probably the only hindrance to me alone is the distance from my way home.
