    The good thingsThere is no strict policy and you will develop a lot of skills except if you are handling dull accounts.

    The good thingsWorld class and trusted clients There are some good things like incentives if you reach the said quota and there are SOME people here you can trust
    The challengesLacks in equipment to use. Employees don't have their own computer and there are some who doesn't have their own table & workstation they're just staying anywhere. 1 computer is to 5 persons. Low paying will give you a below minimum salary,

    Other staff are good, but friendship is not enough.

    The challengesPoor working environment. Resources are not enough for everyone (ex. PCs, supplies etc.). Poor management. Micro managing. Lack of appreciation to their staff. Heavy workload and low salary.

    Employees don't have their computers
    The good thingsThey give incentives, but sometimes it's late.
    The challengesThe everyday struggle in using a computer, 1 computer is to 5 persons. Which makes the work more difficult to finish. Management doesn't really bother in adding more computers to make our work faster. Salary is really low. People here are nice well, not all of them just most of them.
