    The good things#kind employer #good benefits package #if you reached the quota (target sales), your performance bonus will be minimum of 3 times your salary. this is a bonus aside from your 13th month pay #you can reimburse your out patient benefit #very generous company #car plan for sales engineers and managers #above cellphone allowance and rice allowance #multinational company. (listed in Forbes) #company values integrity. #you work with different nationalities
    The challenges#work-life balance. most of single ladies/gentlemen who entered here end up of being single on their life. #growth. Growth opportunity is not that fast. #regular position. It is hard to get a head count for regular position. benefits for contractual have a lot difference from the benefits of regular employees #salary increase might be small or generous compared to other companies. #culture. most of the employees are mid in age. (40+ y/o). they have their own culture in work. #management
