The employer and the executive management handling their people is not good at all. They don't trust, value, and respect their employees.The good thingsIn our office, almost all of us are fresh graduates. What our employer good at is pressuring us.
The challengesEmployees don't have any space to voice out their opinion. The employer and executive management are demanding. Demanding things that we aren't capable of without thorough research and trials and errors. All the stuff that needs to be done, as long as it belongs in IT Industry, they let us do it e.g. networking, it support, programming, QA. Well, It's a real good experience but if you mess up, they'll terminate you for \"poor performance\". They'll terminate you if they don't see you an asset to the company. We, employees, don't even receive a proper training.
