    The good thingsEnjoyed working with my superior/big boss and co-staff at the same time building a good relationship with each other. Training and seminar's was helped me to improve and enhance my knowledge and skills at work.They had an open communication between the superior and staff by setting a meeting weekly and monthly. Most of all by giving help with each other or known as teamwork.
    The challengesWhen it comes to challenges, i could say that I encountered a lot challenges from the company or organization where i had been started from the korean manager due to work pressure and one of the challenges there was not having a partner in warehouse section so it means that i'm only handling warehouse section on my own with my supervisor only,for short workload was lead me to the challenges.
