    A Welcoming Learning Center
The good thingsOur head teacher dealt with me in a very nice way, and I appreciated it. She was objective with the instructions for the teachers. She was and always has been a good model for the other teachers to emulate. In addition, Incentives were overflowing.
The challengesIt would be good for the school to train their teachers, and give them some backgrounds like culture, their language compared with English, and individual attitude and interests, regarding foreign students for efficient and productive learning aside from improvements of vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, speaking and writing.

    Great growth intelectually and professionally
The good thingsThe management helps every employees to grow professionally by extensive and constant training and by instilling great professional practices in your career. The co-workers are all accommodating and are open to being asked for help anytime and n any way they can.
The challengesThough your professional growth will be highly improved, a big challenge here is the salary. The increase in salary in this company is quite slow and will be challenging.

    No English? No problem!
The good thingsWorking for, and working with a Foreigner was a first for me and I would say a very enriching and positive experience. My employers were respectable and considerate. They had a different culture compared to ours but I have learned to adapt and appreciate in the 2 years I worked there. The compensation package was average but the work atmosphere was fun so I was okay with that.
The challengesThe main challenge was the language barrier and cultural differences, but of course, it takes only a short while to get used to. There are \"peak seasons\" where there are overtime work, work on holidays and weekends, but nevertheless, paid and accounted for.
