    The challengesI would say it's the working environment that's toxic, based on my experience, their methodology is not centralized.

    Working environment is very challenging and provides lots of learning.
    The good thingsThe owners and the management is very caring about the employees. Even with stressful environment, management knows how to take care of the employees. Work is very challenging, so you learn quite a lot. You grow through your experiences by being hands-on at work. In this company, people wear multiple hats and have to adjust to the ever-changing organization. Stress isn't always a bad thing.
    The challengesThe company is still quite young, so sometimes structure is very thin. I cope up with this by challenging myself to do more than what's required. Company's growth is very fast, one main challenge is manpower growth. Deadlines are very short. Everything has to be served and finished at a very short time. It's quite stressful but also very challenging.

    8990 is a company that would help you learn and give you more experience in condo and housing projects
    The good thingsthe good things of the employee is approachable and willing to help each other. 8990 is a company that you need to obtain their experience and willingness. there are a lot of experience you need to apply in the future.
    The challengesNavigating different communication styles and the prioritization of communication in the office is a challenge most employees face. A lack of effective communication hinders a team’s efficiency and can also impact employee’s level of trust amongst each other and management. And although communication covers an array of office obstacles, I find this mostly comes down to managing different perspectives. One powerful tool I share in my workshops is to use these three words: “tell me more”. While it’s useful when you don’t understand, this phrase is especially helpful even when you think you know what your colleague means or is trying to express.

    As a beginner, if you want to explore in different areas of works to gain experienced well, this is the best company dont mind the salary because it is not well compensated, though they have an amazing benefits but you can have all that once the quota is

    The Not So Ordinary Challenges
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because of the people I had interactions with but as time passes by, new faces come and go and the old memories vanished just like that. I also enjoyed the travels both local and abroad.
    The challengesThey could have hired more people especially in cashiering and accounting operations because my work there was equivalent to five people working altogether. I did overtime without pay and had to come on duty during Sundays and Holidays and I had no time to spend for my family. They could have had offered salary increase even a little amount just to show that they cared for the employees.
