The challengesI often have to juggle many work in different capacities. Working for smaller company means i do everything from a to z for one task instead of delegating certain aspect of the task to the other department. Bosses keep always keep us busy but in a good way and i learn a lot bec if we are not working, there is also employee development or company activities.
