    Despite facing challenges, my experience with this company has allowed me to continuously improve my teaching skills through comprehensive training sessions and has provided valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth.
    The good thingsI was able to improve my teaching skills because the company provides endless training sessions for every teacher.
    The challengesI aim to achieve a high score within the system, yet the company only acknowledges student complaints. As a teacher, I wish to explain and demonstrate that there are no faults in my teaching. However, the company prioritizes student comments and doesn't give chances to teachers like me. In emergencies, they will impose a penalty three times higher than the initial rate if you can't attend the class.
