    The good thingsThe main thing I enjoyed and leave a mark to me during my Internship is the work culture. 4impact makes you motivated to work on your tasks and keep on improving as an individual. They prioritize people thus making it a perfect place to start your career. As an Intern this is the best possible scenario I can be at this moment of my professional career. The learning from my mentors who have decades and years of experience in the industry still sharing their valuable knowledge to the new and aspiring professionals like me. I would also like to commend the exposure it given to me as a fresh face to the industry and the HR team who works tirelessly to make sure that their team is having everything they need to be able to perform productively.
    The challengesI don't have any challenges working on this company during my Internship.

    Working on something you love plus working with people you are comfortable with makes this company ideal for young professionals and young-at-heart.
    The good thingsThe company shares value of work-life balance more than any other companies that I've been with. We have flexible working hours and can easily apply for Vacation Leaves with almost no questions asked. We are highly discouraged to work beyond the expected working hours to give more time for our family and friends. The people are very nice to work with. Everyone is easy to approach and get along with. Our top leaders are adventurous and likes to take on challenges.
    The challengesWorking from home comes with pros and cons. Pro: We don't have to waste more or less 4 hours of our day to travel to work and use that time for our family instead. Con: There are instances where you get distracted by anything around the house. Pro still outweighs the Con for me.

    Great company to work with!
    The good things- The company has great culture of open communication and teamwork. - Partners off-shore really treat you as partners. - You could always reach out for help from anyone. - Work schedule is great because you could start early and leave early. - Work from home was already being practiced even before the pandemic started. - Work and life balance is highly encouraged. - Leadership and management are agile in implementing what works and not too bogged down by what is expected of a company. - Relatively flat hierarchy, you could send emails to the CEOs, Managers, Executive levels and they will reply.
    The challenges- No yearly performance review, hard to know if you're progressing in your career or not. - Not too many actual perks, but the work flexibility and culture makes up for it.

    Great people at work, Work-life balance
    The good thingsBeen working with the team for quite some time and everyone across Manila, Brisbane and Wellington are awesome to work with. The team is very supportive , you'll have the opportunity to learn different technologies , refine your skills and also, 4impact promotes healthy work environment. Working hours are flexible, you're not obliged to do OT's , there's no weekend work and WFH's can be arranged. This really work great for parents like me for I can work around my schedules and spend time with family. Working in 4impact also helped me to improve and develop new values. I really like how self-organizing we can be because it helps us to have more sense of ownership and responsibility with delivering our tasks. Looking forward to stay as a part of this growing company / family of awesome people.
    The challengesMore activities outside workplace. Yeah we have great times during outings and party's and the only thing missing is we should do those even more :)
