    The challengesI enjoy to lay out alingment and set elevation for the design road. Because these is may job discreption for the company a land surveyor.

    It is good working on a company that practice professionalism, and will make you learn.
    The good thingsGood thing is, every employee was easy to work with, everyone treat each other nice, though there's a time when pressuring work and deadlines occur they argue verbally and can't control temper, but after couple of hours they'll say sorry to each other which is very professional, they always say 'trabaho lang, walang personalan'.
    The challengesEverything and everyone is fast, no delays of work, strict, be fast learner, and adapt.
