    The challengesPolitics. Most people are entitled. Slow paced, sometimes fast and very stressful. Bosses don't listen to their employees. No work-life balance due to night calls. No process improvement at all.

    Nice Experience But Not So Good HR and Management
    The good thingsGood venue for career development. Nice working environment. Collaborative teams. LMS practicing company.
    The challengesDepartment Management is very subjective. Process is not yet improve and was blamed to the analysts. HR processing like back pay and retirement plan took almost 6 months before being given to former employee. Process within department like HR needs to be improved.
