    The challengesThe most challeging thing about this work is the schedule. They ammend shifting schedule. And it affects my health and spiritual condition.

    The good thingsHR dept are excellent when it comes to their employee , positive attitude towards to their employee , easy to communicate .the challenges is need to hear out some problems in other departments.
    The challengesLack of management when it comes to different department , needs lots of improvement especially when it comes to hours of work, poor management,. Low salary offers and lots of work that not covered to job descriptions.

    I had a great time working with 2Success Management
    The good thingsHR and Admin taking care the staff very good, so me, as one of staff feels valuable working in this company. Especially I had a chance to get a 13th Salary and Company's gift during the Christmas event
    The challengesOne of the biggest challenges to working with this company is the lack of opportunities to explore channels or vendors that can support branding improvements as they are limited by communications in the hierarchical layers in the division I occupy
