A rewarding experience with growth opportunities, supportive leaders, and high expectations.
The good thingsI enjoyed the incentive games where we could win prizes. It made work more exciting and motivating. I also appreciated the opportunity to work directly with the VP and management team — it’s not something you usually get as a fresh graduate. Having a decent pay and a good job title as a fresh grad was also a big plus for me. The best part of all was that they knew my nickname — even the VP called me by it. It made me feel valued and recognized as a person, not just an employee. That meant a lot to me
The challengesMicromanagement and strict scorecard expectations were sometimes challenging. However, the bosses were considerate and understanding, which helped balance the pressure.

A company for promising young professionals
The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, being with 24hrpo made me feel special given that the company are made up of great employees who graduated with flying colors or are from great schools. Aside from the learning experience from the brilliant, supportive, competent, and productive colleagues, there are also stress management activities, team-buildings, seasonal event celebrations, chorale, and even Monthly Masses (not mandated)!
The challengesThe nature of the work is the greatest challenge for me while working with the company. Reaching the weekly goals, meeting the client's demands, as well as the fact that it is on a graveyard shift and follows the US calendar (and holidays). Although there is the 'double pay' and all, work-life balance is definitely another challenge.

An organization that provides great training and opportunities to hardworking individuals...
The good thingsThe company is generous in giving opportunities to individual who shows the right competencies regardless if you are experienced or not. Management is very genuine with their open door policy, it is a great place to grow professionally and individually.
The challengesInvest more in making the company more relevant and appropriate to it's generation - millennial. And promote a genuine work-life balanced environment (i.e. gym membership, talent enhancement activities, yoga, work from home opportunities, etc.)

Very Good Training Ground for Recruitment
The good things-The president & owner are very close to the employees -I learned a lot during my 2 year stay in this company -The PEOPLE are AWESOME
The challenges-Career Path is not that clear (during my time) -Training was not that structured. All the learning i got were from conversations with colleagues and from my onshore Recruiter partner (Again this is during my time)

    Great for developing skills
The good things24HRPO will definitely hone you to become an effective recruiter. And you will acquire necessary skills to live up with their requirements. Not through training, nor through encouragement. But by force and pressure. Works every time.
The challengesWork life balance in this company is a big lie. Overtime is encouraged without pay and vacation leaves are difficult to acquire. Holidays are not honored and favoritism reeks from the management.

    Experience in 24HRPO
The good thingsThis company is a good training ground for those who wants to pave their path in recruitment. They provide training's to further enhance your skills. They also have a weekly event/mini competition to enhance Co-Employee Relations.
The challengesGood Employee Management. They should have a standard incentive scheme to further encourage employees to not just hit their quota but to actually enjoy recruiting itself. More Company events to strengthen ties and teamwork within the company.
