A company for promising young professionalsThe good thingsAs a fresh graduate, being with 24hrpo made me feel special given that the company are made up of great employees who graduated with flying colors or are from great schools. Aside from the learning experience from the brilliant, supportive, competent, and productive colleagues, there are also stress management activities, team-buildings, seasonal event celebrations, chorale, and even Monthly Masses (not mandated)!
The challengesThe nature of the work is the greatest challenge for me while working with the company. Reaching the weekly goals, meeting the client's demands, as well as the fact that it is on a graveyard shift and follows the US calendar (and holidays). Although there is the 'double pay' and all, work-life balance is definitely another challenge.
