    HAS A CRITICALLY INHUMANE MANAGEMENT
The good thingsI have enjoyed the fact that it is my first experience working on a corporate company, I have learn a lot.
The challengesThey don't value the efforts and loyalty of their employees. Once they are done to you, you are nothing. I am stating this not out of anger but, as facts. I have experienced worst than you could have ever imagine. It's not the stress and the heavy loads that will tire you, but the management above us. I can work work under pressure, but not with a toxic environment.

The challengeswill make you do everything even outside your scope yet would never appreciate and take care of employees. They will make you sign vague contracts, regular employees become contractual employees.
