    The good thingsBest experience with this company. My co-agents are so kind and very fun to be with. You get to experience different kinds personalities from staff to passengers and you will surely get the best customer service training.

    As much as I love my job there, the company seemed to lack management in terms of informing the employees about the update for their job descriptions, worl schedules,etc.

    I took my internship in this company.
    The good thingsI enjoyed accompanying passengers whose in trouble locating their next step. I also enjoyed being with the agents whose hardworking, intelligent and kind persons. I really learned a lot in my internship. The proper ways to taking good care of the baggages and how to communicate with different people with different culture is one of the things I really missed.
    The challengesThe challenges I faced in this company was when the Xiamen Air issue. I was there since first day and I can say that it was very difficult to handle passengers with anger. So, as an OJT, I really tried my best to lessen their anger and thought about the things that might helped them. I always asked my duty supervisor before I gave them information and action so that I won't be able to misinformed them. Maybe it was the most difficult days for me but it was a great experience.
