    The challengesThe only thing I am not that happy about is it does not have much of trainings and promotional opportunity in my position. But overall, this company is really great.

    Totally great to work here.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working here because I can use my skills well. I called clients to offer financial assistance. And I really love talking with them. I always reach my monthly qouta because of the team work we have.
    The challengesToo much pressure because of high qouta. But I didnt look at it as pressure but challenge.
