    The challengesThe overall management is toxic. Always rush without proper planning. They have planning engineers yet they follow the timeline of unprofessional agents to meet their quota. They are always one sided - always siding with the sales agent as the HR said that they are the one who brings money to the company - "sila nagpapasahod sayo", as if you don't work for your salary.

    The good thingschallenging and learn current trends in the market my employer has an average generosity to his employee You just can't do everything they'd expect you to do especially if they reshuffle employees whenever they want to.
    The challengesAll companies have limitations on what can be done as a service to a client, this company needs to define their limitations and borderlines. One has to realize that people in their company also has those limitations.
