Front End Developer (ConnectOS Internal, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT) (Hybrid/Flexi)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong experience with React or a similar modern frontend framework.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools, with good judgement on when AI output is right or wrong.
• Working knowledge of basic CI/CD: automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Solid Git workflow and code review experience.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and working with relational data.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

 
Desirable

• Azure cloud computing (e.g., Static Web Apps, App Service, Entra ID).
• Supabase experience (Auth, Row Level Security, Edge Functions).
• Experience with Vercel or similar hosting platforms.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem or n8n workflow automation.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain frontend features and user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Use AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) daily, and review and refine AI-generated code
  before merging.
• Own the web application repositories, coding standards, and pull request process.
• Set up and maintain basic CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Manage staging and production deployments, environment configuration, and secrets.
• Refactor existing applications to reduce technical debt.
• Integrate frontends with Supabase and internal APIs.
• Work with QA on automated tests and resolve reported defects.
• Document applications so they can be supported by the wider team.
