• Position: Software Quality Analyst

• Industry: IT / Software Development – US Healthcare

• Locations: Taguig / Cebu / Davao, Philippines

• Work Setup: Hybrid

• Salary Package: PHP 35,000 – 49,000 per month

• Work Schedule: Flexible shifting schedule, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays, depending on business requirements.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.

• Test web, mobile, and SaaS-based applications.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

• Identify, document, track, and report software defects.

• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

• Support automation testing initiatives using modern testing frameworks.

• Validate APIs, integrations, and application workflows.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to resolve defects.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and quality reviews.

• Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) or Software Testing.

• Experience in a product development environment.

• Relevant experience in the US Healthcare industry is required.

• Experience testing web, mobile, or SaaS applications.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
