Treasury Technology | Application Support | Enterprise Integration

We are seeking an experienced Kyriba IT Analyst to provide technical application support, manage enterprise integrations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the reliability of critical treasury and financial systems.

Candidates with direct Kyriba support, administration, or integration experience will receive priority.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

- 5+ years of relevant IT or application support experience.

- Hands-on experience with Kyriba, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or financial applications.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, batch processing, and file transfers.

- Experience troubleshooting application and integration issues across systems and vendors.

- Knowledge of PGP, SSH, digital certificates, and secure file transmission.

- Familiarity with IT governance, SOX compliance, access controls, and change management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Kyriba and related applications.

- Monitor system performance, application health, and integration processes.

- Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.

- Maintain integrations between Kyriba, SAP, banks, and external financial platforms.

- Support system upgrades, patches, testing, releases, and deployments.

- Coordinate with vendors, banking partners, Treasury, Infrastructure, and other technical teams.

- Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

- PGP Encryption, SSH, and Identity & Access Management

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Direct Kyriba application support, administration, or integration experience.

- Strong Treasury Management Systems and financial application knowledge.

- Hands-on L2/L3 production support and incident resolution experience.

- SAP ERP and banking integration exposure.

- Practical experience with secure data transmission, system upgrades, and deployments.
